Responsibilities
- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
- Modifying therapy approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
- Tracking and documenting patient performance and response to treatments.
- Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication recovery.
Requirements
- Current state licensure or certification.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
