Speech Pathologist

Role: Speech Pathologist Responsibilities: Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement personalized speech and language therapy plans; modify treatment as needed; monitor and document patient progress; celebrate patient achievements. Qualifications: Current state licensure or certification; CCC certification preferred; CPR certification within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience. Skills & Qualities: Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills; ability to adapt therapy plans; excellent documentation; compassionate patient interaction; teamwork orientation.
