Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Modify therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs.
- Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
- Help patients overcome communication obstacles and celebrate their victories.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as required.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
- Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable.
Skills
- Ability to evaluate and adapt treatment plans effectively.
- Strong documentation skills.
