Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modify therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Help patients overcome communication obstacles and celebrate their victories.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable.

Skills

• Ability to evaluate and adapt treatment plans effectively.
• Strong documentation skills.
