About the role
Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home health services. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in the home setting, supporting their independence and recovery while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized care plans
- Document outcomes using HCHB and OASIS
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Clinical Fellowship Year completed and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state SLP license
- At least 12 months of recent home health experience
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems
- BLS certification may be required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel or contract SLP experience
- Experience managing productivity in home health
