Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Requirements include: a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCompleted Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical CompetenceActive Illinois SLP licenseBLS certification (may be required)Experience in SNF settings and with dysphagia evaluation/treatment, including instrumental assessments, preferredExperience with electronic medical records preferred Responsibilities include: conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Additional details: work in a skilled nursing facility, with day shifts, five days a week.
