About the role
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist providing evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Conducting evaluations
- Developing treatment plans
- Providing therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Active Illinois SLP license
- BLS certification (may be required)
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings and with dysphagia evaluation/treatment, including instrumental assessments, preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Schedule
- Day shifts, five days a week
