Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel SLP and use your skills where they’re needed most. You’ll help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country. Assignment: inpatient rehabilitation setting. Location highlights: Aiken offers a balance of outdoor access and small-city convenience in western South Carolina. Hitchcock Woods spans more than 2,000 acres near downtown and provides miles of trails for horseback riding, walking, and running. Hopelands Gardens features 14 acres of landscaped grounds and is located minutes from the city center, while Augusta, Georgia is about 20 miles away for added dining and entertainment options. Aiken State Park sits roughly 20 miles southeast of the city and offers paddling on the South Edisto River, fishing, and hiking for clinicians who prefer a quieter setting. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Recent inpatient rehabilitation clinical experience required
- Experience with WellSky EMR required
