Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel SLP and use your skills where they’re needed most. You’ll help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country. Located in New Albany, Indiana, along the Ohio River directly across from downtown Louisville, Kentucky, with quick access to the Big Four Bridge and Waterfront Park (about 15 minutes away). Charlestown State Park is roughly 20 miles away, offering hiking trails and river overlooks. The area also provides access to the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, both within a short drive for cultural and entertainment options.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders
• Utilize PCC and Net Health documentation systems

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings
