About the role
Assist patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for communication and swallowing issues
- Manage caseloads in post-acute care settings
- Utilize experience with dysphagia management and electronic medical records (preferred)
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Massachusetts state license
- BLS certification (may be required)
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred
