Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to apply clinical expertise in improving communication and swallowing disorders within a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide treatment for speech, language, and dysphagia disorders.
• Utilize clinical skills to enhance patient communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain one.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing facilities and dysphagia management.
