Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN

About the Role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Bryan, Ohio. This is a PRN / as-needed opportunity offering flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursing and other members of the therapy team
• Document services and progress efficiently
• Help residents improve function, communication, safety, and quality of life

Requirements

• Current Ohio SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in SNF/geriatric rehab is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
