Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatrics

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs, adhering to ASHA standards and clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation, treatment, patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload
• Manage documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties
• Supervise support staff and ensure professionalism and compliance with organizational policies
• Participate in staff education, committees, and mentorship activities
• Flex to other departments based on patient needs when possible

Requirements

• Master's degree in speech and language pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure/registration to practice in the state

Schedule

Day-shift schedule, approximately once every 4–6 weeks on a weekend on-call rotation. No holiday, weekend, or holiday work obligations.
