Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

At Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, we provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role is ideal for passionate clinicians who want to make a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy

Pay

Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000 - $156,000
