Speech Language Pathologist - SLP- Part-Time

About the role

Cross Keys Village in New Oxford, PA is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Rehab Team as an employee-owner. In this role, you will impact the lives of the older adult population by establishing appropriate goals, creatively executing treatment plans, and developing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a trusted partner to the community, you will help patients achieve critical outcomes while working as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists
• Hold CCC’s (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Valid state license
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation
• Nethealth experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
