Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence-based assessment tools.
Treatment Plans
Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Education and Empowerment
Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
Documentation
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Additional Duties
Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience: Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Licensure: Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Certifications: Active CPR certification.
