Speech Language Pathologist - SLP Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide home health visits and services in adult and geriatric clients' homes and senior living communities in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Create personalized care plans and adjust them as clients progress
• Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident continuing care at home
• Document visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system

Requirements

• An active SLP license in New Hampshire
• Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems
