Responsibilities
- Deliver SLP services in accordance with principles and standards.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program.
- Collaborate, study, and continue education to strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills.
- Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
- Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
- Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and produce meaningful outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with the state practice act.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
