Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Career

Responsibilities

• Join a team that loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA to gain new perspectives and build a richer understanding of every child you serve.
• Have 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships.
• Conduct up to two evaluations per week to keep the work varied and engaging.
• Enjoy built-in documentation time to recharge your evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Colorado DORA SLP license, or be eligible to obtain.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates may enjoy an additional 2% on top of their compensation.

Benefits

• Compensation flexibility: salary ($83,000–$110,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($35–$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35–$36/meeting hour).
• Performance-based monthly bonus.
