About the role
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life.
Provide therapy services for residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions.
Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care.
Track resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications
- Active SLP license required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
