About the role

At Woven Care, we are a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice committed to helping children and families thrive. We are seeking clinicians who are eager to collaborate with a strong team and are ready for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapists.
  • Provide 30-minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships.
  • Conduct up to two evaluations per week to keep the work varied and engaging.
  • Enjoy built-in documentation time to ensure your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCP).
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A current Colorado DORA SLP license, or be eligible to obtain one.
  • BLS/CPR certification.

  • Bilingual individuals may qualify for an additional 2% on their compensation.

Pay

Compensation is flexible and can be chosen between a salary ($83,000–$110,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($35–$43.20/visit, $120/evaluation, $35–$36/hour meeting).
