ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated CCC Speech Language Pathologists for Duval County Public Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. Join our team for the 2026–2027 school year!
About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Requirements include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (Provisional), state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, and experience in school-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (Provisional)
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
Benefits
- Pay up to $50-$60/hr W2 and 1099 options
