Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve communication skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and wellness
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations and assessments
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
