Speech Language Pathologist - PRN Inpatient Rehabilitation

Role Overview

This position is for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering speech therapy treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments
• Develop and modify treatment plans
• Coordinate with healthcare teams
• Document patient progress accurately
• Provide patient, family, and staff education
• Serve as a clinical instructor for students
• Ensure compliance with certification, licensure, and continuing education requirements
• Participate in interdepartmental teamwork
• Provide in-service training
• Educate physicians and staff on speech therapy practices

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy
• Licensure as a Speech Therapist
• BLS certification
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
