Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Requirements

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
  • Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
