Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for PRN positions in Fallbrook, CA and surrounding areas to provide patient-centered care.
Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists employ creative approaches and a variety of activities to address functional goals, resulting in durable, evidence-based outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- State licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Experience in treating neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers
