Speech Language Pathologist-Neuro-PRN
About the role

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. PRN positions are available in Vista, CA and surrounding areas, accepting patients for the duration of their stay.
Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative in their approach, incorporating a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals, resulting in durable outcomes through an evidence-based approach.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers.
