Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide truly patient-centered care in Burbank, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative in their approach, incorporating a variety of activities to address functional goals using an evidence-based method that results in durable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs

Requirements

• Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• State licensure and certificate of clinical competence from ASHA
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers
