Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide truly patient-centered care in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay.
Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative in their approach, incorporating a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language
- Addressing executive functioning and cognitive needs
- Management of dysphagia
- Implementation of augmentative communication needs
Requirements
- Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- State licensure and a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers
