About the role

Join our team to prevent, assess, alleviate, or correct communication, swallowing, or other speech-related disorders. You will evaluate patient needs, conduct diagnostic tests and procedures, establish and implement treatment plans, and provide treatments and services accordingly.

Responsibilities include independent therapist functions and delegated therapies, which may be performed in collaboration with other healthcare team members or delegated to the patient or informal caregivers residing with the patient. In cooperation with other health professionals, you will develop and implement specialized treatment programs tailored to meet patient needs.

Schedule

  • Full-time, onsite position
  • 72 hours every two weeks
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Every 5th weekend and rotating holidays

Pay

  • Starting pay: $81,037.49 per year, increasing with experience
  • Salary range: $77,563.20–$116,334.40 per year (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for reduced FTE)
  • $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) with a current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card
  • Current State of Minnesota Registration as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), including a CFY Temporary License from the State of Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA or certification upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
