We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with pediatric through early adult patients to improve communication and swallowing and support behavioral goals, making a real difference in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions for pediatric through early adult patients to improve communication and swallowing.
- Support behavioral goals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including ABA and mental health clinicians.
- Work in an outpatient clinic setting with a focus on pediatric therapy and behavioral health services.
- Treat children with varied behaviors and participate in some group therapy sessions.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Kentucky SLP license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and early adults.
- Experience in outpatient or clinic settings preferred.
- Comfort working with clients covered by Medicaid (clinic payer mix includes approximately 50% Medicaid).
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Caseload and Practice Setting
