About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with pediatric through early-adult patients to improve communication and related skills, making a real difference in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 therapy to pediatric and early-adult patients
- Collaborate with ABA, occupational therapy (OT), and mental health teams
- Work in outpatient clinic settings in rural and small-town communities
- Utilize electronic medical record systems
- Address behavioral challenges and support integrated care
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Kentucky state license (required to start the position)
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention and early-adult patients
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
- Willingness to work in outpatient clinic settings in rural and small-town communities

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Flexibility offered
- Primary caseload consists of 1:1 therapy; some group therapies available

The clinic serves a significant Medicaid population (approximately 50%) and is an owner-operated outpatient pediatric therapy and behavioral health practice with integrated services (ABA, SLP, OT, mental health).
