Speech-Language Pathologist - Feeding & Swallowing Specialist

About the role

Join our growing Houston team as a CCC-SLP with at least 1 year of pediatric feeding experience, including complex medical cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement feeding plans
• Assess and treat patients with complex feeding disorders
• Provide individualized therapy sessions and evaluations
• Mentor and supervise other feeding specialists
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences

Requirements

• Texas SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• 1+ year pediatric feeding experience, including complex cases

Benefits

• Guaranteed hourly W-2 compensation: $33–$41/hour + benefits
• Pay-Per-Visit W-2 compensation: $50–$76/hour for therapy, $80 Evaluation + benefits at 20+ hours/week
• Contractor/PRN compensation: $60/treatment | $80/evaluation

Schedule

• Manageable caseload: Only 26 of 40 hours in direct patient care
• Flexible scheduling
• 3 weeks PTO + holidays + a “YOU” Day
