Responsibilities
- Achieve comprehensive assessments of children's communication skills, including speech production, language, cognition, and augmentative communication.
- Develop and implement remediation programs tailored to children with communication disorders.
- Provide transdisciplinary services to children and families within the Early Intervention Program, focusing on increasing parents' understanding of their child's strengths and needs and supporting their growth and development.
- Create and track treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in collaboration with families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct assessments and reports, and offer in-service training on areas of expertise.
Qualifications
- Hold an SLP License.
- Have experience working with infants and early childhood populations.
- Possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred and may be eligible for a 6% salary increase based on fluency in a needed language.
Schedule
Variety of hours available Monday through Friday.
Pay
$70 USD - $70 USD per hour.
