Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
  • Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday
  • Productivity: Manageable expectations (26/40 hours direct care)

Your Role as an SLP

  • Partner with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality, child-centered care
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy that supports meaningful progress
  • Build strong relationships with patients and families

Requirements

  • CCC-SLP with at least 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Passion for continuous learning and making a difference
