Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
- Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday
- Productivity: Manageable expectations (26/40 hours direct care)

Your Role as an SLP
- Partner with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality, child-centered care
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy that supports meaningful progress
- Build strong relationships with patients and families
Requirements
- CCC-SLP with at least 1 year of pediatric experience
- Active Texas SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Passion for continuous learning and making a difference
