Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to ~30+ students
• Deliver weekly therapy sessions throughout the school year
• Provide summer compensatory services
• Student Support & Documentation:
  • Review and implement IEPs
  • Maintain service logs after each session
  • Document progress in school systems (e.g., NASIS)
• Support development of student communication skills
• Collaboration:
  • Attend and participate in: IEP meetings, Parent-teacher conferences, Multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide updates to teachers, staff, and parents
  • Participate in virtual or in-person meetings

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Certifications & Licensure: Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification, Current state license (New Mexico required)
