Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders for senior residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and educate patients and families on treatment strategies.

Requirements

• Relevant licensure or certification in speech-language pathology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive environment
