Compensation
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour, covering both direct sessions and documentation time.
Schedule and Flexibility
Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Depending on your availability, a part-time hourly or flexible PRN role may be available. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.

What You’ll Do
- Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
- Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
- Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in required training and team communication
- Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
Requirements
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
