Sunny Pediatric Services is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional, family-centered care to infants and young children in the Tallahassee community. We prioritize ongoing learning, mentorship, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations for infants and young children.
• Developing individualized, meaningful treatment plans rooted in each child's unique needs.
• Providing therapy across various settings including our office, family homes, and daycares.
• Building genuine rapport with families and empowering caregivers through education and coaching.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children we serve.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Florida SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP).
• Experience with or strong interest in working with infants and young children.
• A motivated, self-directed clinician with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
