About the role
Birch Agency is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in schools near Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Assess and evaluate student progress towards communication goals
- Stay updated on best practices and research in speech-language pathology
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
