Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one speech therapy in various settings, including private residences and senior communities.Perform evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to enhance patient mobility, independence, and quality of life.Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical records.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging in place.Utilize telehealth and virtual care to extend reach and flexibility. Qualifications & Skills Valid state license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, and current ASHA CCC certification.Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.Current CPR certification.Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting, repositioning patients, and driving to care locations.
