Reliant Healthcare Group is a clinician-owned, clinician-led community dedicated to empowering children and supporting each other. We are excited to welcome a compassionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to our team.
Pay
We offer a Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) compensation model of $30-$34 per visit, designed to reward productivity while ensuring fairness, transparency, and growth.
Schedule
Flexible Schedule Options: Choose from four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or four 10-hour days for a longer weekend.

Requirements
- Active Texas SLPA license – REQUIRED
- A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun
- Physical Requirements: Move, play, and engage with children throughout the day; lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning; transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more; use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
