Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $5,000 Sign on Bonus (New Location)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Grand Junction, Colorado. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65.00 to $85.00 per visit, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and market-leading benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills for pediatric patients in various settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and document patient progress using standardized assessments and clinical judgment.
• Train and mentor other members of the therapy team as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice.
• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current certification in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance.

Qualifications

• Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.
• Willingness to work in home and clinic-based settings (state specific).
