Local Contract Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - $41-46 per hour

Job Description

This position will focus on a Pre-K through elementary-aged caseload, working with young learners to build foundational communication skills. In this role, you’ll work directly with students to implement therapy plans and support their academic and social development during critical early years. You’ll be part of a collaborative special education team with access to supervision, structured support, and manageable caseloads.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Licenses & Certifications: Required - Current IN SLPA License
  • Compliance: Compliance with Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) and applicable state regulations
  • Experience: Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students, experience in a public school setting, familiarity with IEP processes, experience supporting students with diverse communication needs, cultural competency working with diverse student populations
