About the role

At Premier Pediatric Therapy, we help children find their voice - literally and figuratively! We're a best-in-class Care Hub providing in-home pediatric therapy designed to empower kids to communicate, connect, and thrive. We're looking for a passionate and playful Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who's ready to join a collaborative team that blends clinical excellence with a heart for kids and families.

Pay

Starting at $38.00 per session. Sign-On Bonus and CEU Stipends available. Weekly average visit requirements must be met to qualify for certain incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and celebrate progress.
  • Keep detailed documentation and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Texas.
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and a heart for helping children.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
