Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Executive functioning and academic language skills
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
• Active New Hampshire SLP License or eligibility
• School-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Pay

• $50–$60 per hour
• Guaranteed pay: you are paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled
