Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match SLPs with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location.
Compensation & Perks
- $55–$65 Per Hour
- Guaranteed Pay: You are paid for your scheduled time, even when student sessions are canceled or students are absent.

Responsibilities
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Receptive and expressive language needs
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- AAC and assistive communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
- Support students' communication skills across educational environments.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
- Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility
- DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
