Requirements

• Associate (AA) degree or higher from an accredited institution, or 72 college‑level credits from an accredited institution.
• A score of 455 or higher on the ETS ParaPro Assessment and proof of high school completion or equivalent.
• If you do not yet meet one of these qualifications but are willing to take the ParaPro Assessment, you may still apply; finalists will have the opportunity to take the test prior to hire.
• Post‑hire: completion of state‑required training offered through the KSD Professional Development Team.

Pay

Hourly salary range: Min $30.89 – Max $37.99. Salary follows the KAP Salary Schedule; step placement based on verified years of experience in an equivalent position. Salary is annualized and spread through August.
