Requirements
- Hold an associate’s degree or higher; OR
- Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR
- Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
- Working computer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong team-player mindset
- Ability to work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, and provide constructive academic feedback
- Must serve as a positive role model for young children
- Excellent attendance record
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish effective schedules and work routines
- Able to work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work-related duties
