About the role
The Margaret Chase Community Smith School is seeking an experienced Special Education Educational Technology III (Ed Tech III) Behavioral Health Professional (BHP).
Responsibilities
- Supports students with special needs in the classroom using technology tools.
- Collaborates with teachers to integrate technology into lesson plans.
- Monitors and records student progress using educational software.
- Provides behavioral support to students as needed.
Requirements
- Current Maine Ed Tech III certification.
- Experience working with students with special needs.
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
