About the role

The Margaret Chase Community Smith School is seeking an experienced Special Education Educational Technology III (Ed Tech III) Behavioral Health Professional (BHP).

Responsibilities

• Supports students with special needs in the classroom using technology tools.
• Collaborates with teachers to integrate technology into lesson plans.
• Monitors and records student progress using educational software.
• Provides behavioral support to students as needed.

Requirements

• Current Maine Ed Tech III certification.
• Experience working with students with special needs.
• Knowledge of educational technology tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
