Special Education Educational Technician III (K-12)

Salary Range: $23.04-$29.77

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing special education services to students
  • Support classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities
  • Collaborate with other school staff to develop and implement educational programs
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Current Maine Special Education Teaching License
  • Experience working with students with disabilities
• Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using assistive technology
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
