Essential Job Functions
- Lead daily IT operations across multiple resort properties.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, cloud services, servers, and endpoint management platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Support resort technology platforms including PMS, POS, access control, surveillance, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems.
- Maintain system security, backups, disaster recovery procedures, and operational documentation.
- Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
- Cook with vendors, contractors, and third-party technology providers.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to technical support staff.
- Respond to critical technology incidents and coordinate recovery efforts.
- Participate in after-hours support for critical business systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company technology standards and policies.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT systems administration, infrastructure, or enterprise technical support experience.
- Experience supporting multi-site environments preferred.
- Hospitality, resort, or property management technology experience preferred.
- Experience leading technology projects.
- Previous supervisory or technical team leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
- Absolutely available to respond to critical technology outages outside normal business hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
- Must be able to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including inclement weather and high humidity
